The Illumination is the time honored foundation for Shamanic healing that clears the energy imprints in the Luminous Energy Field (LEF) . Working with the seven major Chakras this process helps open and restore the Luminous Energy Field by breaking up the energy associated with repeated negative cyclical patterns. Our LEF is bound to our physical matter at the Chakras – our energy centers. Their function is to spin and draw Prana (or energy) to keep the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical health of the human in balance. This Energy healing technique helps transform heavy energies into light, and emotional wounds and issues into sources of power and knowledge. The focus is to move that energy out of the body using breath work, visualization and intention. Often during an illumination, certain buried truths are brought to awareness, enabling a clarity of life events or choices. Marianna focuses on extracting undesired energies, allowing a break from limiting behaviors and beliefs that cause suffering.
A Chakra cleanse and resetting removes heavy dense energies, (often repressed emotions), that interrupt the free flow of expression and experience. This “huacha” (heavy energy) is cleared from the involved chakra and is “illuminated” by divine light and new energy allowing the release that is needed to move forward in the present.

Extraction
It is sometimes necessary to perform an Extraction of intrusive energies that do not belong to the client and are not healthy for the Client. Extraction is a safe and effective method of removing energies that block the energy circulation that can manifest in physical discomfort.
There are several different types energies that may need to be extracted when discovered by Marianna. They can manifest into what is referred to as fluid or crystallized energies.
Crystalized energies occur over time and are generally the result of energy that has been directed to the client by another or is self-directed. It also can be a residual energy from other lives. Often time we verbally address these feelings without even knowing. Have you ever felt “stabbed in the back” or “sick to your stomach”, “robbed blind, or had a “broken heart” by someone’s actions?
Those feeling should be taken seriously and can be addressed and cleared with this form of energy work. They are often found in chronic pain sites such as sore shoulders, headaches, sciatica nerve-like pain, lower back or joint aches, numbness or tingling. Surgery sites are usual locations as well. Sometimes we hold these energies from a past karmic source and removal can bring great relief.
A Fluid energy can be a strong thought form that is picked up from collective emotions such as fear, envy and anger. Fluid Energies can also be entities that have attached to the Luminous energy field, or a non-integrated energy within the body. This particular type of dense energy can be more parasitic in nature and essentially “feeds” off ones energy. Often times this makes traditional western medicine diagnosis of pain conditions extremely difficult. General symptoms can include stomach and G.I. tract difficulties, migraines, fatigue, flu-like symptoms, arthritic-like pain or pain that moves throughout the body. Many find this ancient Shamanic practice to be a tremendous relief for themselves and loved ones when the extraction has been completed.
This work can be helpful with multiple non-integrated energies and that are often associated with Lyme disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, schizophrenia, ADHD, Epstein Barr and chronic depression.
This extraction process is complementary with traditional treatments. Traditional treatments should be continued under the advice of your attending professional. Integration with this ancient form of healing helps in the speed of recovery, the rebalancing of mind, body and spirit, and assists in returning to health and wellbeing. An Illumination takes about 15 minutes tops!!! I also start any other type of healing session with an Illlumination to see that everything is open and flowing, and to feel out if there's any cords or anything else.
