What Happens in an Intuitive Energy Healing Session?

Connection + Intention Setting

We begin with a short conversation to understand what’s present for you—physically, emotionally, or spiritually. Together, we set an intention for the session.

Sacred Space Creation

I prepare the space using grounding tools such as smoke clearing, sound, crystals, and guided breathwork. This helps your body and nervous system feel safe to release and receive.

Energy Assessment + Clearing

I attune to your energy field using hands-off or light-touch techniques (always with consent), sensing where your body may be holding heaviness, stagnation, or stress. I gently clear and rebalance your energetic system.

Restoration + Infusion

Once clearing is complete, I bring in calming, restorative energy—often using crystals, sound, or guided visualization. Clients often describe this part as deeply peaceful, like “coming home” to themselves.

Integration + Reflection

We close by grounding, discussing what came up, and offering simple tools you can take with you to continue feeling aligned and supported.

Many clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to their own intuition.

Sessions are offered in Pine Island, NY (serving Orange & surrounding counties) or on Zoom!
